Bench Press

This exercise is very helpful in targeting the chest muscle group. This will contract the muscle fibers in the chest and help pump up your chest.
To do this:

Hold dumbbells and get down on a bench and lift the dumbbells straight up aligned with your chest, and slowly bring down to your chest. Perform this for 4 sets of 12 repetitions.

Dumbbell Fly

Dumbbell fly is very effective in building your lower chest. This exercise is best for getting defined pecs.
To do this:

Get down on a bench and hold the dumbbells on your hand, get in position of pec deck fly and then separate your hands on either side. Perform this for 4 sets of 12 repetitions.

Cable Crossover

This exercise helps you to build inner chest and lower chest. This is the best exercise for your lower chest workouts.
To do this:

Set cable alignment to the top and hold the anchors and bring them close to your chest. Press your chest while bringing it closer. Perform this for 4 sets of 12 repetitions.
