Our body has a proper circulatory system. It is measured in the terms of systolic and diastolic pressure. The pressure measured at the time of heart contraction, is known as systolic pressure and when it relaxes, the pressure is known as diastolic pressure. A blood pressure chart consists of both systolic and diastolic readings. For example if your blood pressure is 120/80 mmHg then the systolic blood pressure will be 120 and 80 will be the diastolic blood pressure.
Blood pressure depends upon the systolic and diastolic pressure noted at various periods and in various people. 120/80 mmHg is considered as normal blood pressure. Pressure above this reading is known as high blood pressure and below the normal readings is known as low blood pressure.
