Continue with the exercise for 10 to 12 counts per set. You may perform 2 to 3 sets of this exercise.
Incline Push Ups
To do this exercise, you will need to place your hands on a platform, which is up to waist when you are standing. Ensure there is shoulder width distance between your hands. Slowly walk back till there is distance of about one and half feet between your feet and the wall. Make sure there is hip width of distance between your feet as well. Now slowly push your torso towards your hands and slowly come back up. Without moving your hands or legs continue to do the exercise for 10 times. Initially, you will not be able to perform too many repetitions, however, with practice it will become easier.
Reverse Dumbbell Flies
With this exercise, you will work not only the pectoral muscles, but also the back muscles. To do this exercise stand with your feet a little more than shoulder width distance apart. Hold dumbbells in both your hands and bend down from your waist, till your back is parallel to the sky. Keep your forearms at shoulder level, but ensure your elbows are not locked. Slowly without moving your forearms bring the dumbbells close to one another. Gradually lift the hands out to the sides, so that the hands are parallel to the sky. This is one repetition of the exercise. Repeat the exercise 8 to 10 times. When you are doing this exercise, at no point of time should your elbows be locked.
Diet Tips for Breast Reduction
More often than not large breasts are as a result of fat accumulation. Hence, it is important that one pays attention to the diet as well.
- Diet should be rich in high fiber foods and lean proteins. Include fresh raw vegetables and fruits in your diet. Whole grains should also be included in your diet. Fish, pulses, cottage cheese, tofu, etc., should also be a part of your diet.
- As far as possible, reduce the quantity of fat consumption to accelerate fat loss.
- Make sure you consume at least 10 to 12 glasses of water everyday.
